I’m Published

bridge, me only, AWI’m sitting here trying to sort out the complex mix of elation/fear/relief/anxiety. The surge of it is quite a potent thing, and it completely overwhelmed me. I managed to go see Mockingjay tonight, and that’s about it.

I have an actual book for actual sale. Okay, I’m in two others, but I’m just a small part of those. This book I wrote and published by myself. Wow.

I did it. No matter how well or poorly my book does, at least I had the guts to publish it. It’s nice to know that fear can’t make me back away from one of my dearest desires.

At least not today. Today, I’m published.

If you’re interested in the result, Dragon Hoard and Other Tales of Faerie is free at Smashwords and Amazon. I like it, but then, I would. 🙂

Avid writer and reader of Faerie tales and noblebright fantasy.

    Congratulations!

Were you able to watch the movie at all or did you just sit there in the theater thinking about your book?

  4. Thanks so much, everyone. And watching a movie was all I was capable of. I’d been up and down the emotional rollercoaster so much that just sitting there and thinking about something else was about all I could do.
